Bandipora police on Sunday arrested a drug peddler and recovered one-kilogram Charas from his possession.
The spokesman said that during a Naka checking at Khuserpora Hajin one kilogram of Charas powder was recovered from the possession of Feroz Ahmad Dar, son of Mohammad Sidiq Dar, the resident of Shahgund and he was arrested from on the spot.
In this connection, police station Hajin has registered a case FIR No. 22/2018 under section 8/20 NDPS ACT and further investigations have been taken up.
