DIG NKR Baramulla and SSP Bandipora distributed relief material like Blankets, double mattress, Pillows, double bed sheets, Solar lights with charging panels and water purifiers among flood affected families of village Kaniyari, Monday.
The DIG also distributed school bags, white marker boards and other stationary items among the students of Government MS Kaniyari and Government Primary School Kaniyari. Speaking on the occasion DIG North Kashmir reiterated the commitment of J&K Police to help the needy and down trodden sections of the society and work for the overall benefit and betterment of society, a police statement said this evening.
“In today’s function relief package comprising of Kent water purifiers, Solar lights, pair of mattresses, bed sheets, pillows and pair of blankets were given to 115 families. Similarly 121 students of middle School and primary of village Kanyari were given bags and stationary items.”
