SRINAGAR: In a significant development, Police Station Boniyar has filed a charge sheet in a 10-year-old case under Section 420 RPC, marking the culmination of a prolonged legal pursuit.
“The breakthrough was achieved through the efforts of a police team deputed to Jharkhand, which successfully apprehended the accused, Manoj Das, a resident of Deoghar, Jharkhand. Das was involved in an online bank fraud case amounting to Rs 90,000 in 2016 and was produces before the court,” police said.
