A police statement on Saturday said that one Syed Faizan Shah Son of Syed Basher Ahmad resident of Kanihama, Magam kidnapped a 17 years old girl resident of Izbal colony HMT, Srinagar some time back.
Police added that case FIR No 84/2013 under section 363 RPC was registered in police station Parimpora and investigation was taken up. However, police said that strenuous efforts were made to trace out the kidnapper as well as the kidnapped girl but no clues have been found so far.
