According to the statement, the Director while appreciating the role of private sector in education assured of every help to improve the functioning of coaching centres in dignified way. He stressed upon the coaching Centre to register themselves within the stipulated time frame and abide by the guidelines as laid down by the government.

The Association while welcoming the guidelines assured the Director Education that they will abide by the rules and play its rightful role to streamline the noble calling of coaching.

The Association, according to the statement, also resolved to launch a campaign for redeeming the image of the coaching centres as it was felt by the members that certain vested elements had been deliberately trying to tarnish the image and credibility of this noble cause. “Such elements were called upon to have a relook at recent past when the entire government education system collapsed and the public were left with no option other than the private tuitions”, the statement added.

“Moreover in the meeting the rules and regulations governing the Association were also framed. It was decided that the membership shall be open to all the competent Coaching Centres across valley.
