Police arrested Fahmeeda Sofi, an activist of Dukhtaran-e-Millat and close associate of firebrand woman separatist leader, Asia Andrabi from SKIMS, Soura.
Fahmeeda was looking after Asia in SKIMS Soura who underwent a surgery couple of days ago. Asia herself has been detained in SKIMS.
“A large contingent of lady police arrived in SKIMS Soura Saturday afternoon and arrested Fahmeeda,” A Dukhtaran-e-Millat spokesperson informed Kashmir Life.
Fahmeeda is a young activist of Dukhtaran-e-Millat. She was also detained in 2010 under PSA.
