The Jammu and Kashmir police on Tuesday have arrested three drug suppliers with 1019 Bottles of Codeine Phosphate in Srinagar city.
The spokesman said in a major Crackdown against Narcotic Suppliers in Srinagar City, police party during a Naka Checking at Bolochipora Crossing near SKIMS Soura Intercepted an Alto-800 Vehicle bearing Registration number JKO1X-7020 and recovered 1019 Bottles of Codeine Phosphate.
The drug suppliers were identified as Mudasir Sultan Bhat son of Mohd Sultan Bhat resident of Sir Syed Abad Bemina, Srinagar, Feroz Ahmad Khanday son of Ghulam Mohamed Khanday resident of Bilal Colony Qamarwari, Srinagar and Faisal Ayoub Sheikh son of Mohd Ayoub Sheikh resident of MIG Colony Bemina, Srinagar.
In this regard, a Case FIR NO; 07/2018 U/S 8/22 NDPS has been registered in police station Soura and further investigation has been taken up.
