SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir police on Saturday conducted a search of the house belonging to a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist in Kishtwar district.
According to a statement, SSP Kishtwar Khalil Ahmad Poswal stated that a search warrant was obtained from the NIA court in Jammu in relation to case FIR No 01/2022 U/Sec. 13/18/19/20/39/UAPA, 7/25 I.A act, 4/5 Explosive Substance Act. The search was carried out in the residential house of an active terrorist affiliated with HM named Mudassir Ahmed of Tander Dachhan.
Poswal mentioned that during the search, any seized evidence will be investigated to determine the involvement of the accused in anti-national activities.
He added that all supporters and associates of militants found to be involved during the investigation will also face prosecution.
