Police traced a boy who was missing from February 9 from his home in Harwan. This was stated in a statement issued to media Monday evening.
According to spokesman, on February 9 2017 Police Station Harwan received an information that a 16-year-old boy Tawseef Ahmad Famda son of Mohammad Sharief Famda resident of Brandi Kani, Fakir Gojri Harwan has gone missing from his home.
Police says reportedly the boy had gone for tuition from his home. A case FIR number 03/2017 under section 363 RPC was registered in Police Station Harwan and investigation was taken up.
During the course of investigation, a search operation was launched by the Police Station Harwan to trace the whereabouts of the missing person.
Technical expertise were also utilised to trace the missing person
“Today the whereabouts of the missing boy have been ascertained to this extent that the boy has proceeded outside State in Sarhind Punjab and his parents were accordingly informed about him,” said the spokesman
