Posters of three militants have appeared in Shopian town in souther part of Kashmir wherin it is claimed that they were involved in the killing of Army officer Ummer Fayaz. The posters apparently have been posted by district police Shopian.

Police claimed that three militants were involved in the abduction and killing of Ummer Fayaz in Herman village of Shopian district.

They said the militants are from Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Hizbul Mujahideen.

A resident of Sudsona village in Kulgam district, Ummer was killed in Shopian village where he had gone to attend a relative’s marriage ceremony.

Meanwhile, a massive manhunt has been launched to catch the said militants, reports said.
