During a sacred congregation with regard to “Ayam-e-Fatimia” special prayers were Friday organized for the well-being of ailing Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Geelani at Yagipora Magam Imam Bara in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district. The congregational meeting was organized by Jammu Kashmir Anjuman-e-Shari Shian in which thousands of devotees participated.

Anjuman-e-Shari Shian president Aga Syed Hasan prayed for the wellbeing of the ailing leader and criticized India for not allowing Geelani to visit outside country for medication. He said Geelani is the epitome of “Kashmir Freedom Struggle” and appealed people to pray special prayers for him. (CNS)
