Prof Amitabh Mattoo, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Jammu, called on Governor N N Vohra at Raj Bhavan, here this evening.
The Governor discussed with Prof Mattoo, who is currently the Director of the Australia-India Institute and Professor of International Relations at the University of Melbourne, Australia, several matters relating to the advancement of higher education in J&K. Prof Mattoo felicitated the Governor on his appointment for the second term.
