SRINAGAR: The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) is inviting applications for the position of Project Associate-1 for SERB-SRG in the Department of Chemistry.
The research study will involve the design and synthesis of “Supramolecular Schiff-base Chiral Macrocycles with Amine, Hydroxy, and Thiol Functionalization for the Recognition of Chiral Biological Anions.”
The application deadline is April 15, 2024.
For eligibility, the applicant must hold a qualified MSc in chemistry. Preference will be given to those with experience in organic synthesis.
The duration of the project will be for one year.
The selected applicant will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000-Rs 31,000.
