SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police in Handwara, after obtaining an attachment order passed by the Additional Sessions Court, have attached properties worth crores belonging to four terror handlers based in Pakistan.
A police spokesperson in a statement said, “The attached property includes 9 Kanals and 11 Marlas of land, valued at crores, belonging to terrorist handlers from Pakistan: Abdul Majeed Malla, son of Mohd Ahsan Malla; Ab Rashid Mir, son of Gh Mohiuddin Mir, both residents of Supernaghama; Arshid Ahmad Parry, son of Mohd Akbar, a resident of Mandigam; and Sajad Ahmad Bhat, son of Abdul Rashid Bhat, a resident of Palpora Kralgund.”
“The action was taken under sections of 88 CrPC (83 Central) in relation to the aforementioned terrorist handlers, following their declaration as proclaimed offenders in case FIR No. 73/2011 under section 2/3 of the IMCO Act and 121A RPC at Police Station Kralgund,” police said.
