After mass student protests across Kashmir valley against forces action in college premises in Pulwama, students inside Kashmir University campus are on a protest.
The students who are protesting inside the campus have however not been allowed to march towards the main gate, a student informed.
Earlier on Monday evening, female students held a protest demonstration outside girls’ hostel that was followed by candle light vigil protest by the male students.
We are not being allowed to move towards the main gate, a student said. “More security has been called in.”
Earlier on Monday in the student protests, dozens of students were injured, some with serious wounds.
Later, government shut all the Colleges and universities on Tuesday, fearing more protests.
