In central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, protests rocked on Sunday following mischief inside a mosque by some unidentified persons.
Residents of Saloora and adjoining areas in Ganderbal took to the streets after word spread about the incident last night.
“Two persons behind the incident have been identified,” Police spokesman said. “A case has been registered and investigation has been started. Initial investigations revealed that two drug addicts of the village were involved in the act.”
