All Parties Hurriyat Conference (m) Chairperson, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq Tuesday said that the government must revive the previous process of ration distribution under which people were provided 35 kgs of rice per family.
Mirwaiz told KNS that the monthly ration quota that was in vogue before the NFSA should be revived.
“People in the state are against the food law. They demand ration as per the earlier quota. And we support their demand,” he said.
