Despite continuous rains lashing valley, the authorities allowed Yatra to re-start from Baltal base camp.
Yatra was suspended Sunday morning due to incessant rains.
“The yatra has been resumed and is going,” SP Ganderbal Imtiyaz Ismail was quoted as having said.
