SRINAGAR: A tourist from Rajasthan passed away after falling unconscious in the Kullen Sonamarg area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
An official said that Vijesh Borana, a resident of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, fell unconscious at Kullen Sonamarg. He was immediately shifted to SDH Kangan, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The official said the body was sent to Jammu for further procedures after medico-legal formalities.
Meanwhile, an investigation into the incident has been initiated. (JKNS)
