Awami Itihad Party (AIP) President and MLA Langate Engineer Rashid held a meeting with the Governor NN Vohra and discussed with him several important issues pertaining to the state and the ways by which relief can be provided to flood hit masses of Kashmir, a statement issued here said.
“Engineer Rashid also brought to the Governor’s notice a wide range of problems which are hindering the pace of development in the State and observed that harsh winters have led to tremendous increase in miseries faced by the people which demand immediate attention,” the statement informed.
On the other hand, the statement added, Rashid also discussed several key problems of his constituency Langate with Governor and called for their immediate resolution.
