“The so-called four-point formula is ambiguent regarding the self-determination of Kashmiri’s nor does it take into account the sacrifices offered by Kashmiri people since 1947. It is just another deceptive solution meant to maintain the status-quo and is no different from the self-rule and autonomy documents presented by pro-India groups like NC and PDP.”
