In the backdrop of an encounter in Redwani area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, mobile internet services have been suspended in the district for “precautionary measures”.
An official said that the service was suspended to “prevent law and order situation” following an encounter in the district.
The gunfight raged in Redwani village of the district today morning between government forces and militants.
