As BJP has earlier claimed that a Sainik Colony for ex-servicemen would be built in Valley, the state government spokesperson and Education Minister Naeem Akhtar Wednesday said, “no such proposal was before government.”
He said that the reports about building of any such colony in Kashmir were “absolutely baseless”.
“I don’t know any such thing,” Akhtar said talking to media persons here Wednesday. “There is no such proposal before the government,” he added. (KNS)
