The district administration Srinagar has ordered the imposition of restrictions in areas falling under the jurisdiction of six police stations in Srinagar on September 10.
According to the District Magistrate Srinagar, restrictions under Section 144 of CrPC will remain in force under the jurisdictions of Police Stations Nowhatta, M R Gunj, Rainawari, Khanyar, Safakadal, and Maisuma in district Srinagar on September 10 (Sunday) as a precautionary measure to avoid any untoward incident.
Pertinently, the Joint Resistance Leadership has called for a shutdown tomorrow on Sunday to protest the visit of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh to Jammu and Kashmir.
