SRINAGAR: A motorcyclist died in a road accident in the Wayil area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Saturday, officials said.
An official said that the accident happened when the biker lost control near the Wayil area.
He said the biker, identified as Sajad Ahmad Banday of Kangan, sustained severe injuries and was immediately rushed to the district hospital in Ganderbal, where he was declared dead on arrival.
The police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KNO)
