One person was injured on Monday after two men fought with each other in Ramsoo town of Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district.
A police official said that after a minor road accident, a person identified as Abdul Hamid Sheikh, while carrying a buffalo in Ramsoo fought with another person identified as Parbhat Singh, resulting in injuries to Abdul Hamid Sheikh.
In this regard, police have registered a case under FIR number no 57 of 2018 u/s 341,323,382 RPC, and three accused persons were also arrested
The official added that the complainant was later discharged from the local hospital and sent to the home. “The incident is a normal case, not a case of cow vigilantism as being claimed by some sections of the media,” the officer said.
