Islamabad police Saturday arrested 11 gamblers and recovered stake money of Rs. 4 lacs from them in Ashmuqam, apolice statement said.
On a tip off, a police party of police station Ashmuqam raided a place at Ganeshpora and arrested 11 gamblers. Stake money worth Rs 4 lac were recovered from the spot besides few packs of playing cards.
A case FIR no. 38/2014 under section 13 Gambling Act was registered in Police station Ashmuqam.
