SRINAGAR: The Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Kashmir, has deputed a team of transport officials to manage and supervise vehicle arrangements for the first International Film Festival of Jammu Kashmir (IFFJK)-2026, scheduled from September 7 to 10.
An order issued by the Office of the RTO, Kashmir, assigns overall responsibility for transport arrangements to Mubashir Jan, ARTO (Flying Squad).
Mohd Younis Khan, MVI, and Suhaib Ahmed Khan, MVI, have been tasked with vehicle coordination, inspection and supervision of transport-related arrangements during the four-day event.
Javid Ahmad, Senior Assistant, has been assigned coordination duties besides maintaining records and attending to other transport-related work.
The officials have been directed to coordinate with the concerned officers and officials of the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) to facilitate the smooth conduct of the festival.
The deployment was ordered by the RTO, Kashmir, Srinagar, vide Order No. RTOK/MVD/2026/2349-S2 dated September 3, 2026.
The arrangements are intended to ensure coordinated movement of vehicles and uninterrupted transport services during the festival.
