The lower house of the state legislature Monday witnessed chaos and uproar after CM Mehbooba Mufti started her speech on grants to the departmenst she holds charge of.
Congress lawmakers interrupted her speech and started waving placards and shouting slogans.
Congress MLA Nawang Rigzin Jora asked that CM should clarify whether Burhan Wani was a militant or not.
“Clear, was Burhan militant or innocent?, Burhan wani kyaa tha,” Jora Raised slogans.
