Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Ali Mohammad Sagar today laid on the table of the house, a copy of the Jammu and Kashmir cancellation of general elections of chairmen of block development councils Ordinance, 2012 (Ordinance No. II of 2012) as required under section 91 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.
