Coming for rescue of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) against allegations that CRPF personal beat tourists in Valley, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir S. M. Sahai said that Separatists are making contradictory statements.
“In one breath Separatists allege that Government of India projects tourism as sign of normalcy on the other that CRPF is attacking the tourists, why would CRPF go against GOI” Sahai posted on social networking website face book,.
Impliedly, questioning relevance of separatists to the issue, he had added, ”If the Tourism Trade Operators were complaining then they would complain to the JKP not the Separatists”.
