UJC supremo and Hizb Chief Syed Sallah-ud-din on Friday expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of former PaK Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayoom Khan.
In an emailed statement to KNS, UJC chief termed Khan a visionary who strived and struggled for Kashmir’s freedom for his entire life. He said that Khan wanted to live till that day when a dawn freedom would be witnessed in Kashmir.
He maintained that he played a key role in the social and economic development of the region.
Sallah-ud-Din also prayed for the departed soul while hailing Khan’s courage and leadership qualities.
