SRINAGAR: Sanjay Parihar and Shahzad Azeem have been appointed as Judges of the Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, according to an official notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice.
The appointments, made under clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, will take effect from the date the judges assume charge of their respective offices.
The notification was signed by Jagannath Srinivasan, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, and is to be published in Part I Section 2 of the Gazette of India.
