At least six students were injured after a school bus they were travelling in met with an accident in Pahalgam area of south Kashmir’s Islamabad district.

An official said that a school bus of an Army Goodwill school Liddru Pahalgam, had left towards Frislan and other areas to drop the students home, however, the official said due to the slippery roads the bus skidded off the road and turned turtle alongside the road at Nunwanan area, the incident resulted in injuries to at least six students.

They were soon rushed to a local hospital for the treatment and all are said to be stable.

“All of them had minor injuries, among them one had sustained a head injury, but he too is stable now,” an official from the school told Kashmir Life.
