Srinagar: A School going girl was Wednesday crushed to death by a speedy Video Coach bus bearing registration number JK02N-3107 driven by Sajad Ahmad Peer of Bagander Pampore on Srinagar-Jammu highway at Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Police officials said that the class 11 girl student Abiroo Hameed daughter of Abdul Hameed Dar resident of Samboora Pampore died on the spot when a bus hit her at Kadlebal Pampore.
The girl was a student of Girls Higher Secondary School Pampore and she was on way to school when she was crushed to death.
“The bus driver has been arrested,” SHO said, adding, a case has been registered at police station Pampore in this regard.
