Srinagar: Traffic on the Srinagar-Jammu highway has been restored for one-way traffic after remaining closed for a week on Wednesday.

Reports said that the 300-km highway was cleared for one-way traffic from Jammu towards Srinagar after landslides were cleared from the road near Mehar area of Ramban district.

They said that trucks carrying essential commodities were allowed to play from Jammu towards Srinagar in a regulated manner.
