A school girl died after she fell down from a tractor in Yaroo Langate village of Handwara in Kupwara district on Friday.
Reports said that Simran Mushtaq (11), daughter of Mushtaq Ahmad Khoja, was heading towards school when she fell from the tractor and came under its wheel.
She was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared her dead on arrival.
Police has registered a case in this regard, said an official.
