Kulgam Police on Tuesday arrested a school principal allegedly involved in a molestation of class 9 girl in a private school in Kulgam, police statement said.
Police Station Kulgam received information that Principal of Leads Convent School Kulgam has molested a girl (name withheld), a student of 9th standard.
Acting on this information, Police swung into action and arrested the accused. The statements of witnesses have been recorded.
A case FIR No. 114/2017 under section 342, 354 RPC was registered in Police station Kulgam and investigation was taken up.
