SRINAGAR: Security forces have launched a massive search operation, spanning over five areas, in Poonch district.
An official said a massive search operation has been launched in and around Poonch peripheries as part of an ongoing anti-militancy operation.
Among the areas where the search operation has been launched, as per the official, are Salian, Kala Jhoola, Naka Nar forest in Gursai, Mastandara, Jabdi, and Chajala-Seagi areas in Mankote.
“The search operation includes personnel from the Army, Police, CRPF, and other forces,” added the official.
