After consultation with the Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Muhammad Yasin Malik and Shabir Ahmad Shah, Chairman Hurriyat (G) Syed Ali Geelani has appealed for state-wide shutdown on June 17 (Wednesday).
The Hurriyat camp has appealed the people to reach Sopore on June 19 (Friday) to protest the bloodshed of the innocent and common people “by the secret agencies” and to show a solidarity and unity with the families of the killed people.
