Seven persons were injured in two separate bear attacks in North Kashmir, last evening, police said Sunday evening.
A Bear attacked and injured six persons identified as Anatullah Khan, Faizullah Khan, Mohmad Yaqoob Khan all resident of Check Matrigam, Ghulam Mohidin Khan, Muzaffar Khan and Hussain Khan residents of Dargund at village Check Matrigam and Dardgund, in Bandipora District.
All the injured have been shifted to the Hospital for treatment, a police statement said.
Meanwhile, a lady identified as Dilshada Begum wife of Mohammad Aslam resident of Ferozpora Tangmarg was injured after a bear attacked her at Ferozpora area in District Baramulla. The injured woman was shifted to the Sub District Hospital for treatment.
