SRINAGAR: Several persons, including minors, were injured after a matador vehicle overturned on the National Highway near the Shiv Pul area of Prem Nagar in Thathri tehsil of Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.
Officials said that the accident occurred when the matador bearing registration number JK06A-0343, travelling from Chiralla towards Thathri, lost control and overturned on the highway.
They said around five to six persons sustained injuries in the incident and were immediately shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Doda for treatment.
Officials added that the condition of the injured is being monitored, while the situation in the area remains normal.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and further details are awaited. (JKNS)
