SRINAGAR: Several passengers were injured, some of them critically, after a matador overturned at Shakuntla Flyover in Jammu on Sunday evening, officials said.
Quoting an official the news agency KNO reported that the matador, carrying passengers, overturned at the flyover, leaving several occupants injured.
He said locals and rescue personnel rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment. The condition of some of the injured was stated to be critical.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated an investigation. The exact number of injured was not immediately known.
