SRINAGAR: A young 18-year-old shepherd was slipped to death in Toasmaidan forest area in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday.
Police sources told news agency KDC that Bilal Ahmad Malik son of Ghulam Mohammad Malik a resident of Shunglipora was grazing his cattle and suddenly he lost his balance and fell into a deep gorge in Toasmaidan and died on spot.
He said that the body of the youth has been handed over to his family for last rites.
The incident has sent shock waves across his whole village.
