SRINAGAR: In a shocking incident, an infant was found dead in a Nallah in Qazigund area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday, officials said.
Quoting an official news agency KNO reported that the body of the baby was found near a bridge in Nallah Yathvathur at Manigam area of Qazigund today afternoon.
“The body was fished out and taken to a nearby health facility for legal medical formalities,” he said.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
