SRINAGAR: A number of vehicles parked outside Jammu’s Satwari police station got damaged in an incident of fire that broke out in the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday.
Quoting officials news agency KNO reported that a fire broke out in the area where seized vehicles were kept. They stated that a number of vehicles that were parked in the area got damaged in the blaze.
Flames were controlled after fire tenders launched a fire fighting operation along with the teams of police.
Police in a statement said that incident the short circuit took place in an open area of Police Station Satwari and some seized vehicles parked there caught fire and suffered damage.
