In a shocking incident on Monday, a minor girl ended her life by hanging herself inside her home in North Kashmir’ Sopore town.
Reports and local sources told Kashmir Life that two minor sisters had a fight today morning at their home in Yaseen Colony-B, Aram Pora Sopore.
No other family member was home at the time of brawl between the sisters.
“The two sisters fought over some issue following which one committed suicide,” sources said.
The deceased was identified as Muskaan Mohi ud Din.
“She was rushed to Sopore hospital where she succumbed to his injuries,” sources added.
Muskaan was 12-years-old. The other sister was identified Mehak Mohi ud Din. Their father Gh Mohi ud Din Chanda was out of his home.
“It were their neighbours who came to know about the incident and raised hue and cry,” sources added.
Police have filed an FIR in to the incident. Meanwhile, doctors are performing post-mortem on deceased Muskaan’s body.
