One man commission probing Gagren killings in South Kashmir’s Shopian district at the hands of CRPF Thursday recorded the statement of one CRPF Constable Santosh Kumar in the presence of civil administration at Circuit House Shopian.
Retired Justice M L Koul, who heads the one man commission said that besides recording the statement of the CRPF Constable he directed the Additional SP Shopian to have a telephonic conversation with his DySP present in Chandigarh and seek details from whether he has received the information about mobile phones and FSL report that were sent to Chandigarh for expert opinion.
“Additional SP Shopian was directed to produce the details about mobile phones and the FSL report before the Commission on April 7,” Justice Koul said adding that all the petitioners except Ghulam Nabi, Counsel for the CRPF and Civil Administration were present. (CNS)
