SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir’s State Investigation Agency (SIA) has produced a supplementary charge sheet against Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra, reports appearing in the media said. He is already on bail since May 25.
Reports said the additional charge sheet includes Abate challan against the OGW and militants with whom Parra had developed links and hatched “criminal conspiracy for political gains.” The saboteurs mentioned are already dead and these include abu Dujana and abu Qassim.
Parra is a PDP leader, who is also a member of the district development council (DDC). Earlier, NIA filed a charge-sheeted against him for funding 2016 unrest.
“The supplementary charge sheet also consists abate challan against the Over Ground Workers (OGWs) and the now-killed terrorists involved in different terrorist acts with whom accused Parra had developed links and hatched a criminal conspiracy for his political gains,” an SIA statement issued after the filing of the challan before the designated court in Srinagar on Monday has said.
