SRINAGAR: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) announced on Thursday that it has attached the property of a proclaimed offender in Amarghar, Sopore, located in the Baramulla district of north Kashmir.
An official said that the SIA has attached the property of Abdul Rashid Mir, son of Mohammad Sultan Mir, in Amargrah.
The seized property consists of 5 kanals of immovable land, as part of the proceedings related to FIR No 19/2022 under sections 13, 17, 18, 39, 40 of UAPA, 120-B, 121, 121-A of IPC, and 8/21, 8/27-B, 29 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station SIA Kashmir. (KNO)
